Refund Policy — 3 HeartNights

The ₹49 you pay for 3 HeartNights is a deposit. Read all 3 stories with your child and you can get it back.

How to get your ₹49 back

• Read all 3 stories with your child within 7 nights, counted from the evening you read your first story.
• Then send us a WhatsApp message to ask for your refund.
• We return the full amount to the account you paid from within 3 business days.

Each story opens from your own HeartNight link, so we can see when all 3 have been read.

If the 3 stories are not finished in 7 nights

The ₹49 deposit is not refunded. Your stories stay open for you to finish whenever you like.

Prefer to continue?

Instead of a refund, you can ask our team to continue with more stories.

Payments outside India

The same rule applies to payments in other currencies (for example $7 or AED 9): finish all 3 stories within 7 nights and we return the amount you paid.
